What Is This Program?
Most internships give you theory, small tasks, or busywork. This program gives you something different — a chance to actually work on a live, real product as part of a real team, for 3 months, and walk away with genuine hands-on experience, a certificate, and a report you can show employers. It's a 3-month, batch-based internship where college students work in small teams on a real, live product — not a dummy project. You'll experience what it's actually like to work inside a company: how teams collaborate, how development happens step-by-step, and how real products get built.
How It Works
You join a batch (batches run every 3 months, open to any number of students).
You're placed in a group of 5 students, matched by skills/interests.
The live product you'll work on is broken into 20 modules — your group is assigned one module to own from start to finish (e.g. login system, cart, payments, admin panel, notifications, etc.).
You get onboarded on how a real company team works, and trained on the tools you'll use.
You get regular mentorship and guidance throughout — you're never left to figure it out alone.
At the end of the 3 months, you present your work, and it may even be integrated into the final product.
