Software Engineer - Fresher
Start your career building real products, on-site with our team.
What Is This Role?
This is a full-time, entry-level Software Engineer position based out of our Dewas office, open to freshers. You'll work closely with our engineering team on live client projects from day one — writing production code, going through code reviews, and picking up real product-development practices. No prior work experience is required; we're looking for freshers with solid technical fundamentals, good communication skills, and a strong willingness to learn who are ready to grow into the role. The role starts with 3 months of structured training followed by 3 months of probation, after which well-performing candidates are confirmed as full-time employees.
How It Works
You apply and go through an initial screening of your application.
Shortlisted candidates are invited for an interview round.
You'll then complete a technical assessment to gauge your current skill level.
Selection is based on your combined interview and technical assessment performance.
Selected candidates join the team on-site at our Dewas office and go through 3 months of training.
This is followed by a 3-month probation period on live projects.
On successful completion of training and probation, you're confirmed as a full-time employee.
What You Get
This is a paid, full-time role — the exact salary/CTC is shared with you at the time of selection.
3 months of hands-on training to get you up to speed on our tools, tech stack, and way of working.
Hands-on experience building and shipping live, real-world software products.
Direct, in-person guidance and code reviews from our engineering team at the Dewas office.
Fast-track your technical growth through real tasks, ownership, and continuous feedback.
Clear path to grow into larger ownership and senior roles as you prove yourself.
A formal offer letter on selection, and full-time confirmation after 3 months training + 3 months probation.
