Birdstop needed a management system to bring their drone operations under one roof — planning, tracking, and overseeing flights without stitching together separate manufacturer apps and manual processes.
The Solution
We built a drone management system for Birdstop, covering fleet oversight and mission tracking on the same real-time telemetry architecture used across our Drone & UAV Systems work — giving their team one operational view instead of several disconnected ones.

Outcome
The system is in active use as part of Birdstop's drone operations in Detroit.
